How To Order
All orders must be pre-ordered through our website, and orders must be placed with a minimum of 1 week notice, based upon availability. From Flour frequently books up to multiple weeks ahead of time, so it is possible for dates to be booked even if they are more than 1 week into the future.
To see if we have availability on a specific date, add any product to your cart. Then navigate to your Cart page and choose Pick Up at the bottom of the page to see our availability calendar. Any unavailable dates will be greyed out.
To secure your order for a specific date, an order must be placed by purchasing through our website. Dates may book up and become unavailable at any moment.

Custom Cakes
We do not offer custom cake designs. For example, we do not make custom cakes with a Mickey Mouse theme. All cake design and flavor options are listed on our website.
While we don't provide custom design cakes, we do offer the option to customize a cake with the design options we provide. Below are the steps to create a custom cake:
1. Choose a cake size and flavor
2. Choose your cake's base/background
3. Add optional decorations to your cake
Cancellation & Modification Policy
We offer a full refund for cancellations that occur more than 1 week prior to pick up/delivery date. For orders cancelled less than 1 week from your pick up/delivery date, the full price of the cake will be charged. The final date to make modifications to your order is 1 week prior to your order fulfillment date. Please read our terms & conditions here.
