General

By placing an order with From Flour, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. From Flour reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with changes posted on our website.


Ordering

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including limiting quantities purchased. If an order is modified or canceled, we will make a reasonable attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for reviewing their invoice and notifying us promptly of any errors or discrepancies.


Cancellations & Modifications

All cancellations and modifications must be requested at least one week prior to the scheduled fulfillment date.

  • Orders canceled with more than one week’s notice are eligible for a full refund.

  • Orders canceled within one week of the fulfillment date are non-refundable.

  • All modifications (including size, flavor, design, pickup date, or time) must be finalized at least one week prior to fulfillment.

  • Full payment is required no later than one week before the fulfillment date.


Delivery

We offer limited delivery through third-party courier services to select areas. Delivery availability is determined at checkout by zip code.

Once an order leaves our kitchen, From Flour is not responsible for any damage, delays, or issues that may occur during transit. Additional delivery fees may apply for larger or tiered cakes and will be invoiced separately via email.

Order placement does not guarantee fulfillment. In the event we are unable to fulfill an order, a full refund will be issued.


Damages & Liability

From Flour is not responsible for any damage, delay, or loss once an order leaves our kitchen for pickup or has been delivered to the final delivery location.
